Aaron Bonk first took an interest in Honda performance in the early 1990s. After studying mechanical engineering, he established Holeshot Racing—the first tuning shop to specialize in Honda engine swaps. There Bonk developed many Honda-specific engine transplants, long before engine mount kits and aftermarket wiring harnesses were realities. Although Charles is into all types of modified cars, he’s been an import enthusiast since the very early 1990’s. After cutting his editorial teeth at our sister publication Super Street magazine in 2008, he was moved to head the changes in Import Tuner magazine.
