Import Xpression - Allen Town

Allentown Pennsylvania

The year is starting to wind down and summer is officially over. We're all back from our Mickey Mouse vacations and school has begun for most of us that are still trying to get our ejumakations. Too bad, so sad. Nothing to look forward to other than long hours at school trying to master the lost Shaolin art of "monkey sleeps with eyes opened" technique or enduring 40 hours of your boss yelling at you at work you say? At least folks in Pennsylvania had an escape.

Import Xpression at Allentown temporarily relieved the August doldrums with yet another hot event. If you ask me, the folks at IX have been on a roll this year with their tour. So far it has been nothing less than hotness.

Cars from all over the tri-state area came to floss their whips in AllenTown. And from the looks of thing, the east is burning up. I've notice that on east coast, they seem to have more varieties of show cars than most other places I have covered. IX gets mad love from the Euro and Domestic heads. You know what that means for the import guys...more competition.

As far as entertainment goes, the staff at IX pretty much had that in the bag. Spectators were entertained the whole night with the D.J, break dance, free style and, most importantly, the bootie contest. I was overwhelmed personally with the bootie shaking alone. If the amount of models, the hotness of the music in the air and the quality of the show winners at this IX event is a prelude to IX's season finale later on this year, it's definitely a weekend that I'll be calling in sick.
