V2LAB’s Mystery Meat 2

Versiontwo Laboratory (V2LAB), a media development company in Orlando, Florida, threw its third annual automotive meet this past spring aptly titled The Mystery Meat 2. With a staggering number of cars showing up (more than 7,000) and just about 20,000 people descending on the event from all over the southeastern Untied States, this meet was one for the record books. Cars weren’t the only attraction, though. Live graffiti painting, freestyle rap battles, and even a sneaker Dunk Xchange were part of the fun.

To keep things casual and chill, the V2LAB guys stressed that this was a meet and not a car show. There were no trophies, no classes, and everyone was welcome. We saw slammed and stanced-out Volkswagens parked next to 1,000hp built Nissan R35 GTRs sitting beside lifted trucks. Everything and anything you can imagine was there. The city of Orlando was blown away by the attendance and said it was the biggest event the downtown area has ever seen. V2Labs plans to make it bigger and better next time around.
