Shortly before we got swept up in the frenzy that is SEMA Show week, and then our own Super Lap Battle time attack the week after that, we received this massive (200-plus pics!) gallery of the 2014 Tuner Evolution event that was in Charlotte, North Carolina, on the 1st of November. You'll recall we hit up their Philly event in early August, and based on the success of that gig organizers decided to test their luck and expand to a second market in NASCAR country - a continuance of the series' "East Coast Takeover," if you will.
Tuner EVO exhibited at the Cabarrus Arena and Event Center (which is actually in Concord), and the new locale appeared to be a big hit. In addition to the massive car show that favored clean builds over all else, the indoor event featured a bikini contest, model lounge and B-boy demonstration and competition, as well as RC drift demo and comp. From the photos, you can see the quality of the cars on display was pretty legit; stanced cars, VIP, Euro, JDM - variety ran the gamut. Take a gander at the album and see just how North Carolina rolls!
