It's almost cliché to throw a car show in Detroit, being the Motor City and all. Or was it Detroit Rock City? I don't remember. But then again, like I always say, what the hell do we know anyway. At first, I was pretty stoked that Nads was going, so I didn't have to fly all the way to Michigan to cover a car show. But then I saw that Sin City was the promoter, and anything with "sin" in the name has to have some craziness going on. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Nads could not make it to the event. After seeing the girls at the show (cars, I meant cars), I'm really mad at him for not sending me in his place. But he came to work and gave me an apple, so I'm not upset anymore. I'm still not sure how they managed to get enough judges to critique 67 classes of cars. Now you know the secret of why I'm not a show promoter, I'm just the meanest Sunday school teacher on the planet.
