Honda CR-Z

Hands-down the star of the show at this year’s Auto Salon was the Honda CR-Z. With hybrid tuning being at the forefront of most tuner’s minds there were many on display, here are some of the hottest.

Nissan R35 GT-R

High on every JDM enthusiast’s wish list is the almighty R35 GT-R. Although slightly surpassed by the onslaught of the CR-Z, there was still a ton of GT-Rs at the show. Here are the ones we liked in particular.

Option Magazine’s RH-9 Gallery

Option had a special area dedicated to the Record Holder 9 (RH-9) group, a committed pool of GT-R tuners with cars that run 9 seconds or less on the 0-400m dragstrip. In addition to GT-Rs some other cars found their way into the booth along with special invitations given to a few shops. Check out some of our favorites.

Signature carbon parts from Varis give this panda Evo an unmistakable look and the power built by RH-9 club member G-Force ensures this thing screams around Tsukuba. gf-eng.co.jp; varis.co.jp
