“Lowered 2 Perfection Japan (L2P)” organized this meeting event, which was charity event for Tohoku earthquake. There were 40 Hondas there, and they told me they like American JDM car culture, which they said is better than Japanese tuning culture in Japan. Super Street readers typically have US spec Honda cars that mix both Japanese and American tuning parts. The members of Lowered 2 Perfection like this American JDM customizing style. If there was an In ‘N Out or Jack in the Box in Japan, they would go there every night because they want to feel like real “American JDM” in Japan. Some members have even bought and shipped real US-spec Honda cars and added Japanese and American tuning parts to them—that is one example of JDM style in Japan.

Some customizing style is the rusted hood; you can see this in Europe and the USA. Lowered 2 Perfection Japan is a famous team for people who like Hellaflush or USDM style. Japanese Custom-Car magazine knows this team. Lowered 2 Perfection also has many connections, not only with other USDM style car owners, but they even know about Super Street, and people sometimes buy it in Japan, paying up to $10USD for a copy. Of course, they can’t wait to see what American Super Street readers think of their style. What do you think?
