Honda Power of Dreams Experience 3D Race Game at SEMA 2013

Found at the Honda booth, take an IndyCar around Mid-Ohio

Gamers you'll want to make your way over to the Honda Power of Dreams Experience located in the rear structure of the Honda booth at SEMA 2013. There you can engulf your noggin in a jumbo bobble head sized race helmet and play a 3D IndyCar racing game.

Developed by the Spinifex Group and based off the Wii console using a Windows 8 operating system, the Honda Power of Dreams game puts you in one of four available Honda Racing HPD race cars used by the likes of Scott Dixon, Dario Franchitti, Simon Pagenaud and Takuma Sato.

After registering for a free player's card the goal is to achieve the best lap time at Mid-Ohio - best times posted on a neighboring leaderboard. Warning, the controller is very sensitive, which caused us to spend a lot of time in the grass.

The 3D is visually crisp, the motion-controlled steering wheel is more interactive than a joystick and the engine audio is music to our ears. Registration to play also gains you a HPD lanyard and rad Franchitti die-cast IndyCar collectible, while supplies last.
