Still crying over not getting into this year's USCC? Here's your chance at redemption. Coverage of this year's USCC starts in February, but entries for next year are already being accepted. The deadline for entry has been moved up this year, so grab your wrenches, steal a camera, and learn how to use a pen; it's time to show the world what you've built.

*To win, a car has to rule every arena of performance. It will have to be wickedly fast on the track, yet versatile enough to cruise the streets in comfort. It will also have to look as fast as it goes and be engineered well enough to impress our field of judges. There are 15 tests in all.

*To enter the USCC, simply fill out the form in the magazine (no copies will be accepted) and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form by December 31, 2003 with a sharp photo of your car (color print or slide only).

Entered cars must be insured, registered and outfitted with seat belts, fire extinguisher and a fixed roof or roll bar. Plan on using one set of street-legal tires for all testing and being in California in June 2004 if you make the final cut. Finalists will be notified in March.
