Speed Ring makes its return to Michigan as the premiere fall motorsports event in the metro Detroit region this September 22nd and 23rd. The location, M1 Concourse, will once again play host to the dual track event that includes a time attack and a heated two-car, head-to-head lap battle event.
Michigan's own Motovicity Distribution, the leading aftermarket automotive performance distributor, established the Speed Ring event two years ago in Southern California and as of last year moved the track event to M1 Concourse in Detroit.
With a large purse ($20K in 2017) on the line, domestic and import competitors descend on the event from all over the country for an extremely competitive battle. Motovicity's CEO, Brian Lounsberry adds, "Speed Ring is a spectacular event for both car enthusiasts and families, and we're excited to host this event once again in the Motor City."
Tickets to the event are available now at thespeedring.com.
