Who wouldn't want to be a part of history? We know we would. In fact, every time we manage to finish a task we call the Guinness Book to see if we set a record. Like when Ro-Ro ate 52 balut eggs in 12 minutes. But we're small time. When you're a big dog like the Specialty Equipment Market Association, all you have to do is sit back and watch history being made right in front of your eyes. We've been to SEMA and IAS more times than we can even remember, and like Jonny's head, our industry seems to be growing bigger every minute. In the center of that, the core if you will, is SEMA. The meat is its International Auto Salon. When companies want to unveil new products, IAS is where they do it. Car builders wait until IAS to flaunt the masterpieces they've been working on secretly all year. So for all you gear heads and hard-core enthusiasts who want to see everything first hand, come join us and witness how history is made at IAS. Who knows, you might even be able to trick Nads into giving you his autograph. What do you mean who? Nads, you know, the head honcho editor for Super Street. Ah, never mind. We'll just see you there.

Newest products of 2004-can you dig it, sucka?
In Other News: If It Don't Fit, Don't Force It
There was no way that we'd be able to cram everything from IAS into this issue. We don't have any more space in our magazine, so we'll break it down into a bunch of short, grammatically incorrect sentences. Like how Blitz North America released its K3T turbo kit for S13 and S14 SR20DET motors. Or that Power Enterprises had the VQ35 Nissan turbo kit ready to go. JE and Arias had tons of new applications for pistons. Nissan was in full effect with a bunch of dope cars and a gang of Nismo goodies. Nukabe Automotive is bringing in Cusco parts. Greddy has GREX Alcon big brake kits available for Nissans. SRT-4 owners will be able to purchase the Mopar Stage 2 turbo upgrade package very soon. Tein came out with a new coilover to add to its already extensive lineup. Toyo's Take It To The Track event provides an alternative to street racing. AEM and DC Sports are now the same company. That's it. Whew! Peace out.
Cars, Cars, and More Cars
If You Can't Find Your Car In Here, It Probably Wasn't At IAS.

Wazzup?! All the Cool Stuff You Missed Out On
There was a lot of stuff going on at IAS, too much for any single human being to catch. If you think you missed something, you probably did. We figured that much, so we had our entire edit staff roam around for three days collecting this info for you. See, we always got your back. Way back. You can thank us later with a package of Omaha Steaks.
Yo'(kohama) Mama!
Yokohama put up a $10,000 cash prize for the International Drift Shootout at Laguna Seca on April 30-May 2. We know this already happened, but we're Super Street, what do you expect from us? D1 Driver Takahiro Ueno and taco queen Sunito Sanchez seemed pretty excited about the whole ordeal. Come to think of it, they might have just been trying to tell us about the four rounds of D1GP that were going to be held in the States during the remainder of 2004.
