Stephan Papadakis-AEM 2001 Pro Drag Civic
Honda's godfather of speed, Stephan Papadakis, never quits, does he? The first to break into the 8-second barrier with his current hatchback still amazes all of us, but this new car is gonna be the peak of his set. This coupe will essentially mirror the hatchback in terms of the body styling (carbon-fiber) and engine choice (based on the 2.2L H22A Prelude) with a similar goal at press time, to be faster than ever. Robert Miller and Rory Nevins are responsible for the chassis work, a full-tube frame chassis, as you can see, with all the bells and whistles. Steph plans to build an engine that is capable of generating at least 650 hp.
Ballistic Unlimited 2000 Mazda Proteg
As if shirt-printing wasn't already a booming business for John Malozsak at Ballistic Unlimited, Mazda thought it would be cool to drop one more project onto his lap-a 2000 Proteg. The result is a beautifully-painted sedan with an Orange Pearl twist la Body Pros. The stereo system is all Kenwood and was assembled along with the rest of the car in one month's time to be driven to NOPI on the Super Street Tour 2000.
Believe it or not, this show-winning car made the West Leg of the Tour 2000.

The wheels are the latest Advan Kruezer series and the "bumps" and "thumps" flow from a Pioneer sound gig.
