It finally happened. We've been kicked out and black listed from restaurants, theme parks, and even an Ashlee Simpson message board (don't ask), but we've never been banned from an entire city - until now.
It seems the golden guys and girls of the city of Daytona Beach got their Depends in a bunch and have denied access for our particular brand of Super Street Tuner Bash debauchery. Apparently our no holds barred bash is too much for the Daytona Beach assisted living set.
After five uncensored, unforgettable, utterly successful Daytona Beach Tuner Bashes we are forced to cancel the event under the heavy hand of conservative bureaucracy. Even though we filed the permits, crossing our t's and dotting our i's the matter is beyond our control. This year Daytona Beach is doing all it can to drape a wet blanket over any kind of spring break activity, and for this we want to apologize to you while giving the Super Street single digit salute to the city of Daytona Beach.
But the good news is that we can direct twice the effort, twice the resources, and twice the beads toward our South Padre Island Tuner Bash. Look out, Texas, here we come! Let's see how long the Lone Star State can handle our Tuner Bash.
