Hot Import Nights in Seattle Washington - Rockin' The Puget Sound

The great Pacific Northwest has an import scene that is thriving, and all of the inhabitants build with one goal in mind - competing and winning at HIN's Seattle stop. It's the biggest car show of the year for Seattle, drawing people from all over Washington and its surrounding states. This show is your chance to see the best cars Seattle and Portland have to offer, many of the entries seldom come out more than a few times a year.

While spending my summer hiatus in Portland, I quickly realized how important this event was to all the locals. Many of my photo shoots had to be rescheduled until after HIN, nothing could be risked prior to the big show. HIN is really the only mainstream opportunity these guys have to show off, unless they want to make the 800-1100 mile trek to come to California shows (which surprisingly many do). The feel at HIN Seattle was a lot different from SoCal shows, the mood was still competitive but much more laid back. Everyone in the Northwest has a great sense of community and is extremely hospitable. Hopefully, shows like this can act as a model for others to follow.
