The 2006 SEMA Auto Salon will be held in the Fort Washington Expo Center, 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA, 19034. Show dates and times are Saturday, April 8 from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Car show move-in is on Friday, April 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Applications must be submitted along with a recent photograph and a list of vehicle upgrades. Applications without photos and/or modification details will not be processed. Applicants are encouraged to submit applications online.
SEMA reserves the right to refuse car show applications for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete or under-construction vehicles. We highly discourage applications for show cars with incomplete upgrades, and original equipment parts such as wheels and exhaust. Applicants who are not accepted can request to be put on a standby list in case space becomes available.
Applications must be received by 9 a.m., April 3, 2006 for SEMA Auto Salon Philadelphia. Applications arriving at SEMA after the deadlines will only be accepted for the standby list. Once vehicles have been parked for display, they may not be moved or started for any reason. SEMA will make every effort for teammates' vehicles to be set up together or next to each other if all team members arrive at their designated times.
The Participant agrees to hold blameless and harmless (translation: don't sue SEMA) the Specialty Equipment Market Association, ConvExx, the Fort Washington Expo Center or any of their affiliates, in the event of personal injury or loss or damage to property and waives all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the attraction. (translation: if some chick puts a dent in your hood, SEMA isn't liable.)
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the SEMA Auto Salon, the Participant hereby grants SEMA and its assigns (1) full and unconditional permission to make video, still or motion pictures and any other type(s) of audio or visual recordings of Participant's activities and participation in the SEMA event and at the site of the Event before, during and after the Event; and 2) the exclusive, worldwide and perpetual rights to use the same, together with the name, likeness and biography of Participant and its employees and assigns, for publicity, advertising, endorsements, promotion and any other kind or type of exhibition or exploitations, whether or not for profit, in print, audio, video and other communications media by reproduction and sale or other distribution by any and all means now known or hereafter developed.
No exchanges or refunds after April 3, 2006.
You will only be notified if your vehicle is not accepted. You will recen by March 31, 2006.
