1994 Honda Civic - Fast Times at Full Race High

Geoff Racier's turbocharged EJ graduates at the head of its class

By Carter Jung, Photography by Henry Z. Dekuyper

Near completion, the only change Geoff plans to make to the Civic is to switch to slicks and swap in a G-Force gearset to replace the exploding stock transmission; a bittersweet problem that only results from making too much power. Geoff's advice for would-be Hondas striving to make gear-breaking energy? "Copy my setup," he says, "and you will save time and money." Which we think means-when translated from engineering terms-"Buy a Full Race kit and you will be very, very happy." As for Geoff's old yearbook, we take back what we said-no new category is necessary. Simply scratch out the schmuck listed as the "most likely to succeed" and insert Geoff's mug. How many people do you know who hold a degree in mechanical engineering, run a successful business, and drive an 800hp car? Shrugging yet? That's what we thought.

Alphabet Soup: B VS KBattle of the ConsonantsWith everyone is jumping on the "K"-wagon, Geoff gives nine reasons for going with the "B" as in bukkak-, err...boy...motor.
