Hello avid readers of Super Street, welcome to another beautiful Civic I can't wait to tell you about. This car is the business. For all you subscribers and/or chronic masturbators, you might remember a similar car we featured in our April issue on page 58. In that article, I hinted that this track-inspired style is quickly turning into the shape of things to come in the Honda community. I'll sit here and try not to gloat and scream "I told you so" but Danville's car helps cement this theory.

The killer AP brakes, wild Spoon Sports rear diffuser and BYS front bumper are all pure-bred track goodies. Looking at the car from the outside it's quickly apparent that it has been prepped for battle. But that doesn't mean the car can't be enjoyed off the track as well. Take a look at the interior and the theme continues - Recaro SPGs, AIM cluster, Cusco cage and that sick ass Mugen fuel cell cover. It's like a Honda lover's dream list... except Danville's is completed and yours is still stuck in an online shopping cart awaiting checkout.

Just looking at Danville's car pisses me off... because it's soooo much harder than my Midori. And Midori, by the way, is the name of the pearlescent shade of green covering this hatch. I figured I'd get that out of the way now to avoid being bombarded with mailsack letters about it later. But as I type these words I realize the amount of time and money it would take to get my car to this level - it's staggering.

Being an owner of a Midori EK they always catch my eye, but I think Danville has set a bar most Civic owners will never touch - including myself. And I'm not just saying that because the car is green but because everything is there. The gnarly ITB'd K20/24 hybrid motor shouldn't be messed with. With BC cams and JE pistons it's ready to take the 100 shot of Zex nitrous on board without so much as a hiccup. Not that he really needs the nitrous, but if a Z06 ever rolls up on him on the freeway, it's there.

Really the only thing to fear when driving this car is being car-jacked. I guess that's why it pays to live in Canada eh? With some of the lowest crime rates in the world I'd still be a little paranoid. If my car was half as dope as this it would be gone in a month here in LA. But enough with the paranoia - sit back, relax and enjoy... that is if you can get past the jealousy that is likely flowing through your vanes and heating your neck as you read this.
