Finally, one of the good guys! We're left free to shoot as the setting sun lights the sky into a striking burnt gold. The metallic blue paint soaks up all that light, and when it's directed back at my lens, it smolders a quiet tone. The sun is diminishing by the moment, and although it also means that wind-chill temperatures are quickly dropping below freezing, the camera keeps clicking. It's been a satisfying day, one that would have felt complete to both a photographer and a skater. The glow in the sky is calm now, and its reflection makes whole the serene grace of this RX-7.
