Get off in two pages
For the better part of the import tuning scene's existence, (at least when it comes to manufacturing), DC Sports has been quick to supply predominantly Honda enthusiasts with goods that perform, usually as a car enters a build process. Though they've recently opened up their catalog to serve many other manufacturers and makes over the past couple of years, there's no doubting that when it comes to Hondas, they'll be quick to get into R&D mode. Like when this FD2 Civic fell into their lap, they already saw that other companies were having great success with the K20's tuning potential, so what better way to add to the fun than by doing what they do best: intake and exhaust parts.

DC Sports fabricated stainless steel components for every piece exiting from the exhaust ports of the cylinder head, so a 4-2-1 header with a cat delete and exhaust system allow for greater flow and a deeper exhaust tone. A simple intake pipe bolts up to the throttle-body, too, but a couple key additions from Hondata - an intake manifold gasket and Flash Pro ECU - are what were needed for Ericks Racing to help pull an extra 44hp out of the motor. Minimal mods, yet very effective. DC decided to also make the car a little more show presentable by lowering the car with KW coilovers, carbon-fiber body pieces from Seibon and 18-inch Volk RE-30s. And before you jump to conclusions about this being more show than go, there are more performance-minded parts involved, like the FastBrakes big brake upgrade, Koyo aluminum radiator and SPEC clutch/lightened flywheel combo.

As we've stated before, DC Sports thrives on their ability to produce bolt-ons so that your car can get off to a good start. They offer different variations of intakes, headers and exhausts, so you can build to your needs. Give them a ring and see how you can get started.
