Well this took us by surprise. All eyes have been on Subaru for the coming of a BRZ in STI form. Here it is, sort of. Introducing the Subaru BRZ tS that's been developed by Subaru's STI division. Unlike its Subaru WRX STI brother the BRZ tS will lack the forced induction many enthusiasts are begging for. Instead of power the STI division focused enhancement on the handling performance of the Subaru BRZ. Subaru of Japan says the BRZ tS will offer a driver, "oneness with vehicle and agile handling pleasure."
So what exactly is different in the Subaru BRZ tS? The car comes with Brembo ventilated disc brakes, surrounded by 18-inch aluminum wheels. A new front under spoiler has been designed by STI and new STI/ tS ornaments have been stamped around the car. Owners will have the STI logo on the speedometer to evoke driving excitement and the pleasure of ownership.
You can also opt for the "GT Package," which is more suited for motorsport enthusiasts. The package adds an STI designed dry carbon rear spoiler, 18-inch aluminum black colored BBS wheels, and Recaro seats.
Only 500 units will be produced; 250 of those units will include the GT Package. It must be pre-ordered by March 9, 2014. Sorry America, no news on the Subaru BRZ tS coming our way. However, for our friends back in the Japan it comes with a price tag of 3.66 million Yen for the 6-speed manual gearbox to 3.74 million Yen for the 6-speed automatic. That's roughly $37,489 to $38,309 USD.

Not every Subaru is boosted. Ben Ramirez
the brz tS model is an sti model.
yeah becuase every subaru comes boosted^. your comment is really retarded.
not worth mentioning like your post.
This Ts model is just a regular BRZ/FRS with racing body kit on it to LOOK nicer. No additional power which sucks, a lot. Hopefully they make an STi version, but apparrently Subaru is making the WRX & STi models they're own line up. I THINK, I might be wrong. But from what i saw, theres no Impreza WRX or Impreza WRX STi, just WRX & STi
God dammit people theyre the same car....The Toyota Gt-86 is just Jap. and different kit i believe
Angel Salazar, theyre the same car lol.
süper bir alanzo martin
Car looks great but scion shares the same plat form no originality just saying
What does Toyota/scion have up their sleeves to compete w/ this?
i'd totally buy one!!
more like the new AE86 than a Subaru ==
Looks nice but no power...
what is the horsepower to the back wheel ??
RX 8 for drift?
pretty. but also pretty overpriced.
Just like FR-S...A PIECE OF SH** Source: GT5
With turbo could be great, but I see no you use in buying it
Looks like a cheap copy of the Nissan GTR
Beautiful and I love the blue
all of this talking is bs, drive it on a circuit and lets talk
As kewl as it is, its only available to the Japanese right now... need I say more?
Maynard Docena akala ko with alono mourning hahahaha
looks just like the scion
fake Sti basically
Anthony Reynoso dope new parts coming for the brz haha
Vely vely cool (^_^)
Why the fuck would I pay thousands more for the same car that simply got a cosmetic interior makeover, lowered and a retarded ass wing that's probably not even functional because the car is so damn slow?
If it had a turbo it would probably start to cost well above $35K lol. The car is meant to be affordable and fun.
do an STi engine/drivetrain swap then I will be happy...other than that...this shit sucks
Subaru needs to cancel this shit excuse of a car
Looks like a Hyundai
An extra 10 grand and you no give me turbo?!?! "Kill yourself"
Marcos Jr Noya
Recaro seats should have been stock in our Brz limited as well as brems!! As fir the non increased engine ehhh lamo!! Feeling a little ripped off!!
Subaru manage's to get 100 hp per liter in a BRZ. Now where is the 360 hp LGT 3.6 R ? wtf Subaru.
I like the Scion versions better. more color options less spoiler. all the power you want is available from Crawford Performance andyhow
tS means Tuned by STi
I'll just buy an STI and be fast actually.
still faster than public transport
No turbo no sales.
38k would buy a lot of bad ass car parts....
Like the color
Also it being a Subaru should've came boosted.
