Feeling Gay
The June issue was freaking awesome! I loved everything from the Evo cover story to the Z with the RB26. I even loved the Rotary Bimmer. This month's issue was and will always be great to me, from your special articles on VIP style and LP's new release, to NOPI coming to St. Louis (which will be the first car show I've ever attended). I also thought you guys looked pretty cool with those black suits; you really pulled it off, looking like some Yakuza members and one well-dressed Taxi driver (no offense Nads). I mean this in a total heterosexual way. And no, I'm not gay.

Sack Attack!
After reading the the month's Mail Sack section in the latest issue, I've got to say that finally, 14-year-old teenagers still have some maturity (to an extent, anyway) and the courage to say what needs to be said in print. Every time I read this section, I've always wondered why people write hate mail; do they expect the magazine to change based on their oh-so-ever-smart-ass remarks and advice? I don't think so. Super Street features whatever the hell they choose to. If readers don't appreciate it and their sales decline, that's their own ass to wipe, not yours. You idiotic, pathetic, Down-syndrome-afflicted, lonely, miserable, self-imposing charity people. Instead of spending 30 minutes trying to come up with all those snide comments, learn how to think logically, and show a little courtesy to others while you're at it. Oh wait, this is actually impossible on the evolutionary scale; your species will unfortunately always exist.
Finally, Super Street is great with all their comebacks. Bashing is always fun, because it means that they actually take time to respond to readers' specific attitudes. I wrote to another mag once and all I got was a lousy "Thank you for writing to us, we appreciate it" response. This also brings me back to my original point: if readers spending so much time hating on SS, then this magazine is better than others, because it caught their close-minded, third-grade-reading-level, worm-like eyes.

Whenever I open my new issue of Super Street, there are certain things I do. First is checking out all the models in the mag. Second is finding the back in the day feature. I just can't wait to read about any AE86 or 510. It's good to see that someone remember the cars that really started the import scene and that they're finally given the respect they deserve. It's not that rest of the magazine is bad; I love all the drift and Time Attack coverage, along with the cover cars, but how often do you see these dinosaurs that once roamed the roads? Thank you for bringing back our heritage.

VIP me
I just picked up the June issue and it's amazing. Finally a magazine that sheds some light on VIP. I have wanted to see more of this for a while now. You gave me hope of someday being able to afford a VIP car. But until then, an Integra with lowered suspension and loud exhaust will have to do. Thanks for a brief view into the future.

It's about halfway through the month, and I have pretty much exhausted the May issue (not to mention the pages won't peel apart anymore). I want to thank you guys. Supporting our troops has turned into something that a lot of people say and few people actually do, but you guys have done more than put a magnet on a car. You actually supported the military, and nothing shows that better than the May issue. Thanks. I guess now I can go wipe the end of my nose and make that awful stench go away.

Project Car
I bought the Winter 2006 issue of Project Car mag and loved it. I've reread it half a dozen times. I have been anxiously scanning the newstands for the next issue. Will there be one? It was a great mag for those of us who really love do-it-yourself and aren't made of money. Hope you keep it going.
