No one sleeps in Tokyo

May 3, 2017

Everyone remembers our Fresh Tokyo car meet and how it seemed to bring in more than twice the cars we saw the year prior. Afterward, a few of our homies in Japan got together at a rest area. We waited for about an hour for a few other people to show up and a route was mapped out to determine where this night run would take us.

It wasn't really a top-speed run, where lives are in danger, but rather a cruise and acceleration showoff in the infamous tunnels of Tokyo. You know the ones—you've seen photos or listened to footage as some of Japan's finest rip through, leaving behind a symphony of badass-ery. If you love 2JZs, RB26s and the Tokyo underground scene, you'll love this quick video we put together from the night cruise.
