Jason Hughes 2006 Lexus IS250 AWD

Oct 1, 2009

Jason Says
Modified featured my '04 350Z in the Readers' Rides issue back in 2007. Unfortunately, that car was stolen. I just wanted to reach out to gain some advice or criticism as to what else I would need to do to make my '06 IS250 AWD worthy of being a magazine feature. I have reached a point where, in my opinion, the car is clean and tastefully done. I'm just not sure what else is needed.

We Say
While the IS is a dead sexy car and the perfect daily driver, it lacks in performance and ultimately that's why there are so few of them being featured in magazines. The platform isn't popular enough. With that being said, the exterior modifications done to the car are very tasteful and well thought out. There isn't much we would change about this car. Well, it desperately needs more power, but we know that there's nothing out there to help in that department.
