Hybrid 5
Heirs to the lofty Gin Blossoms throne of musical legacy, Maroon 5 headline this year's Civic Tour. Like previous bands on the Civic Tour the bands that have participated in past Civic Tours, these magazine-cover friendly hipsters gussied up a Civic in their own way, using a Hybrid model this year for the twist. "Honda has been such a trendsetter in producing environmentally friendly cars that we jumped at the chance to be involved with them on this tour," said M5's guitarist, lead vocalist and corporate teddy bear Adam Levine. Half-a-Mil Playa
In March, Honda Manufacturing of Alabama (that's right, it of the Sweet Home) celebrated the completion of its 500,000th vehicle and V6 engine. Located in Lincoln, HMA started building Odysseys in 2001 and in April 2004 began production of the Pilot.

You Want Natural Gas?

The natural gas-powered Civic GX topped the list, followed by the Insight and the Civic Hybrid (in fourth place). The ACEEE incorporates air pollution and global warming impacts in coming up with its "Green Score." The award comes on the heels of the Union of Concerned Scientists naming Honda its "Greenest Automaker.
