Pikes Peak is one of the most dangerous and challenging races today. With weather changing from one part of the hill to the next, not to mention extreme altitude changes, the race needs an official pace car that can take on the tough terrain.

The all-new Range Rover Sport was the course-opening car for Sunday's event, which the Rover is no stranger to. Just this past month the car set a record for best time up the hill for a production-standard Sport Utility Vehicle, which you can read about here: Link text....
