Ford, more specifically the Fiesta ST and its talented drivers, are sweeping the Global Rallycross Championship (GRC) this year. Ford secured all fifth round podium spots at the most recent Bristol Motor Speedway event in Tennessee. Prior to Bristol, Ford Feista ST drivers finished in the top four spots at Loudon in New Hampshire.

Most recently, points leader and Finish driver Toomas Heikkinen took victory in the #57 Bluebeam OlsbergsMSE Ford Fiesta ST during the GRC'S fifth round. In the GRC seeding session, Heikkinen was seventh overall, which gave him the third position in the first heat. In the end, he finished second behind Ken Block, which gave him a main event spot. Heikkinen has become the only driver to make the podium at all five rounds this season. "My Ford Fiesta ST is on fire right now and it was a great race for us. I am really enjoying racing in the U.S. and am just happy to have made it to the podium again," says Heikkinen.

Internet sensation Ken Block has podiumed twice this season with a second place finish at Bristol. The Hoonigan Racing Division Ford Fiesta ST driver qualified first in the fifth round at GRC and won both of his heats, which lead him to the main event at Bristol Motor Speedway. "I am very confident at what I am doing in the car, the car is absolutely dialed and it has done everything I want it to do," says Block. "Hopefully next time we come back I am standing on top of that podium."

For the second time Deegan, finished third at Bristol. The Rockstar Energy Olsbergs MSE Ford Fiesta ST seeded fourth overall, but came short on his top two heats. He finished first in the last chance qualifier (LCQ) followed by his teammate Tanner Foust, which advanced the two drivers to the main event. "Everytime I go on the track I am in the top three or five with my times and that's not bad for a dirt biker," says Deegan.

After the fifth GRC event, Ford leads the Manufacturer Championship by over 100 points as seen below: Manufacturer Championship Standings:
