MANSORY Switzerland has unveiled a design package for the new Range Rover Vogue (MK IV model), which includes a variety of stylistic enhancements supported by performance improvements.
The front section is comprised of a sportier bumper spoiler with over-sized cooling air intakes and integrated running lights. An ultra-light carbon hood is included, which MANSORY claims will ensure aid in engine cooling through its ventilation ducts. A carbon-fiber radiator grill, carbon front spoiler lip completes the front.
Additionally, there is added width to the wings for a more personalized look. Supplemented by its side skirts, 60mm are added to the production-series body. The ultra-light carbon rear spoiler with integrated diffuser provides enough space for the sports exhaust system as well. Visible carbon parts such as roof spoiler, rear lip, C pillar cladding, air outlets in the front doors, as well as the mirror housing are also optionally available painted in body colors.
Wheels and chassis
The single-part forged MANSORY 8/1 wheel features an eight double-spoke design. The diamond-polished rim is offered for the front as well as the rear at a size of 10 x 22 inches. The use of ultra-light aluminum alloys and the resulting reduction of unsprung mass, significantly improve the acceleration, the braking distance, and the handling according to MANSORY. Vredestein Ultrac Vorti tires in size 305/35 ZR22 are recommended as the optimum tires by the company.
Performance improvements for the Range Rover’s V8 diesel engine include a kit consisting of a sports air filter and an optimized engine electronics system. Compared with the series vehicle, a claimed power increase of up to 68 hp and an additional torque of 5.6291 lb-ft is reported, totaling 640 hp and 590.1 lb-ft of torque found in testing.
The leather used for the interior is finished by master craftsmen. The MANSORY upholsters use skins of natural products for integration into the interior, applying decorative stitching. Ornamented woods, piano lacquer, carbon or Alcantara leather is available upon request.
