• The BMW 435i receives 34hp, 36 lb-ft of torque boost

In anticipation of the 2014 BMW 4 Series Coupe, which is set to arrive in U.S. showrooms late this summer - BMW is offering a variety of retrofit options available early 2014 through its BMW M Performance Parts program. The end result is a more powerful, sportier-looking vehicle – a taste of the forthcoming M4.

According to BMW, its Performance Power Kit delivers increased power and performance, without affecting fuel consumption and exhaust emission levels. The BMW 435i with its Twin Power Turbo 3L inline six receives a power increase of 34hp, 36 lb-ft of torque with the kit. Additionally, a performance silencer system is available for the BMW 428i and BMW 435i. A limited slip differential is also available for traction optimization.

Other features include a suspension upgrade, which offers a sportier set-up, along with the BMW M Performance brake system with red, yellow or orange calipers and the BMW M Performance light alloy wheels.

Expect to see the new BMW 4 Series Coupe with BMW M Performance parts in Frankfurt at the 2013 International Motor Show this September.
