Toyota Movie From 2013 Le Mans Race

Aug 27, 2013

We generally don't stray too far from European vehicles here at europeancarweb.com but occasionally something catches our eye that's worth passing on, such as this new 6:30min video from Toyota.

It chronicles Toyota Racing's experience at the 2013 Le Mans 24-hour race. Called, The Ultimate Endurance Race, the movie can be viewed on Toyota Europe's official YouTube channel (video below).

The film-makers were given unrestricted access to the team throughout the week of pre-race preparations, qualifying and the race itself. It captures the moment the two Toyota TS030 Hybrids clinch second and fourth places in the 90th running of this historic race.

Toyota Racing is back in action at the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship - the Six Hours of São Paolo in Brazil on 1 September 2013. This is the track Toyota Racing achieved its first WEC victory last year and it will be hoping to repeat that success. Post-race highlights will be available on the Toyota Europe YouTube channel from 2 September.
