October 2013 Initial Timing - Endless Summer Of Events

Charles Trieu
Oct 10, 2013

It's approaching the end of summer as this issue hits newsstands (and as you're probably reading it right now). But due to latency of printing a few hundred thousand copies and trying to synchronously distribute them in several countries all around the world, it can take us a few months. It's actually just the end of June when I'm writing this.

Summer is and always will be an insane time for us. Essentially it's show and race season for any car lover. Even though we don't get too many seasons in Southern California, most of the car events are scheduled during the summer to accommodate everyone-even you guys who live in states where your cars see snow in the winter. Drag races, drift events, track days, meets, and car shows sprout up every summer, and this issue we try to cover as much as we can for you guys.

From drag racing to the classic Toyota car show to the infamous annual Honda Eibach meet, we attended every single West Coast event for you guys. Printed here is some of the cool stuff we saw. Don't forget to check our website for expanded event coverage, and also events we didn't have room to fit in this issue. Always check our site, www.importtuner.com, for coverage of events and extra content you don't see here.
