TechArt Porsche 911 Turbo Upgrades Announced

Power kit, wheels, aero and accent pieces

TechArt is introducing exterior, interior and engine upgrades for Porsche 911 Turbo models. Some pieces of the TechArt program will premiere at the 84th Geneva International Motor Show in March 2014.

Performance:

Stock performance is enhanced thanks to these TechArt upgrades: Power Kit TA 091/T1 (premiering at Geneva), Sport Exhaust System with valve-control (premiering at Geneva) and Sport Tailpipes in stainless steel with embossed TechArt logotype.

Exterior and Aero:

TechArt released a range of exterior elements; some specifically designed for improving aerodynamics while others improve speak to styling.

The Front Spoiler I in white incorporates active aerodynamics at the front apron. The spoiler fully extends at the push of a button at speeds under 74mph or automatically at speeds over 74mph. When speeds are reduced to 49mph the spoiler retracts automatically. The Rear Spoiler II improves airflow and aerodynamics. Aero Wings in meteor grey are integrated into the front air inlets in collaboration with Air Vent at the front apron.

911 Turbo styling options include: headlamp trim in white, side mirrors in azure blue, side skirts in white, side air channels in meteor grey, Rear Spoiler II (stationary) in white, rear diffuser trim in white (diffuser in meteor grey), roof spoiler in white, performance décor in azure blue and silver.

Suspension and Wheels:

The 21in Formula IV light-alloy wheels in 5-twin-spoke design are available in standard or individual colors as well as in bi-color finish (titanium grey). A ceramic burnished glossy smooth finish can also be specified. 20in wheels are also available with center lock.

The Sport Spring Kit brings the car closer to the road while the Noselift System (presented at Geneva) features rapid and quiet height adjustment.

Additionally, Brake calipers in azure blue and TechArt logotype in white and a Tire Pressure ECU Kit are available for further exterior enhancements.

Interior options are many and include everything from complete packages to individual floor mats, replacement leather interior with decorative stitching, color-coordinated gear selector and paddle shifter replacements in a variety of colors and more.
