The Gran Turismo Awards at SEMA 2016: Registration Open! #TENSEMA16

Gran Turismo is once again in search for the aftermarket's best cars to be used in their upcoming video game

It's one of the coolest and perhaps the most prestigious awards you could possibly receive if you're a car builder — having your pride 'n' joy digitally immortalized onto the best driving simulator in the world known as Gran Turismo. For several years, the guys at Gran Turismo have been conducting this award at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, which consists of five different categories: Asian Import, Domestic, Euro, Hot Rod, and Truck/SUV. Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator of the game, along with his staff will review the category winners and select a Best in Show, which will be reproduced digitally and included in a future edition of Gran Turismo.

Super Street has been very blessed to be a judge of the "Asian Import" category for years. In '15, our selection actually won the overall award — actor Sung Kang's Datsun 240Z "Fugu Z" build. We've been invited to be a judge again this year and if you think your car has what it takes, you definitely don't want to miss out on this opportunity. Entries are accepted until 10/31/16 at 11:59PM PT. And if you want to take another look at last year's winner's, we have them here for you, too!
