Rally Olympus, the last stop in the Rally America season in Olympia, WA is home to some of the most awesome terrain and scenery in the country.

For Ken Block and Monster World Rally Team, this was an opportunity to take advantage of his skillset from competing in WRC and finally take a win at Rally Olympus, a race he’s never won before. His Ford Racing Fiesta H.F.H.V is a beast and one he’s mastered in the act of taming. This was only the second Rally America event he entered this season, and his second first place finish as well. Those odds aren’t too bad!

On the other end of the field was Chris Duplessis, now three-time 2WD Champion, who has been a clear leader the entire season in his new Ford Fiesta R2. This also marks the second 2WD Rally America Championship for Fiesta, the last victory had by Dillon Van Way in 2009.

It’s exciting to see Fords huge presence in rally again, and the Fiesta, while a great, affordable, economical vehicle, is an unstoppable force in both WRC and R2 trim.
