After trying to keep the new car under wraps until its debut at the Paris motor show at the end of September, somebody has leaked an image of the new Jaguar F-Type.

As a result of this action, we’ve been granted permission to release this official image of the wonderful new F-Type.

Although we have full details about the new car, we’ve been asked not to give everything away until the unveiling. However, there will be several different specifications, as you would expect. Jaguar has ensured each model exudes the same level of class and elegance. To that end, the construction, materials, fit and finish are world class.

Detailing apparent in the photos includes a new XKR-S-inspired front grille, plus a bulged hood covering powerful forced induction engines. The taut lines are a testament to Jaguar’s renewed confidence and Callum’s direction, helping to create the company’s first two-seater since the legendary E-Type.

We’ll have full details on the new F-Type, including its construction, powerplants, drivetrain and interior when the embargo is lifted later this month.
