SEMA is back and bigger than ever! Drifting up front, Global Rally Cross in the gold lot, celebrities a plenty and every hall packed to the gills. People from around the world made sure they were apart of this year, and we made sure to bring something they could talk about on the plane ride home. We brought out three, yes three, project cars we’ve been working on for the past 6 months.

First was our BUILT from eBay Porsche Rally car project. We teamed up with GSR Autosport to realize our G1Design rendering to which we proceeded to source all of our parts through eBay Motors. Miraculously we were able to accomplish the build in a very short time span. The fruits of our labor were well received by the crowd during the cars public debut at SEMA outside near the drifting course.

Our second project was built with Volkswagen. We got ahold of their new turbo beetle and gave it even more attitude as a military grade surf cruiser. Complete with a one off roof rack to transport your surfboard and even a large water tank system for instant shower capabilities. To make sure the car had the right attitude, the car was painted in canteen green with white body panel inserts, with matching black and green 19”x8.5” Fuchs wheels on all four corners.

Last, but certainly not least, we decided to mix things up a bit and throw our European design style at the new Ford Focus ST. We teamed up with LTMotorwerks in El Monte, CA to make sure our car received the right amount of European influence from some of the best in the business. The ST was stripped down, rear fenders pulled, 18” Privat Kup wheels tucked with H&R Ultralow coilovers and re-sprayed Porsche Grey Black (a GT3 RS exclusive color). But this hot hatch wouldn’t be worth talking about if we didn’t bring some power upgrades into the equation. FSWerks provided an intake and 3” downpipe back exhaust system. Inside we hooked the car up with some brilliant recaro carbon fiber bucket seats trimmed in black leather with grey suede inserts.
