With some of the hottest artists, live bands and respected DJs on the bill; Snowbombing is an annual week-long music and snowsports festival like no other. It takes place both on and off piste in and around Mayrhofen. Some of the activities that will take place include the main event where one lucky Snowbomber will win a top of the range Volvo C30 R-Design.

The vehicles wil also be used in the winter sports, with professional snowboarders showing off their flips and spins over the vehicles. The Volvos will also be used to chauffeur the top artists and guests around the village. All the artists will all be playing in awesome venues, such as huge igloos and alpine forests, on snowy plateaus and medieval barns, with mountains for a perimeter fence and over 150 miles of powdery pistes to play on in between bands.

Thanks to Volvo there will be some exciting new elements and events for Snowbombing 2010. For starters there is 'Tour de Dance' a tour of European Ski Resorts, The Road Trip, which will see more than 120 cars hit the road in one big convoy en route to Snowbombing, and The Volvo Ice Camp, where Snowbombing will take over the snow playground with an exclusive gig and party for 200 lucky visitors.

Snowbombing 2010 will feature Fatboy Slim, Editors, Doves, The Enemy, Friendly Fires, French electro king – Vitalic, festival favorites Dan Le Sac V Scroobius Pip', The Cuban Brothers and special guests De La Soul all playing live.
