The Fabia vRS+ concept is based on the new Fabia vRS. Jozef Kaban, Head of Design at Skoda Auto, explained; "This version of the Fabia vRS shows off the Fabia's body, separating the roof by arranging the windows in a continuous line. The two-color combination highlights the car's unique architecture -green is a reference to our involvement in the IRC rally program and the unique connection with the Fabia Super 2000. The grey represents the vehicle's sporty expression and simplicity."

The Fabia vRS+ was also designed for Worthersee. Its clearly defined shape highlights the width of the Fabia vRS+. Unique features included the headlamps and the radiator grille, which give the car a sharper look. The front and rear were fitted with black spoilers and diffusers, while the hood was decorated with air intakes. The interior, including sports seats, comes with new materials in the smae colors as this concept car.

Jozef Kaban, added; "The objective of the Octavia vRS+ was to stress the unique character of the Octavia vRS. The two-color paint and vinyl typify the car's elegance, while the spoiler kit emphasizes its sportiness. The features that give the Octavia vRS+ a striking look include black-tinted headlamps and integrated LED tail lights."
