Honda (UK) has created a unique paint scheme for its CB600FA Hornet that was inspired by Honda’s association with Sony Pictures. It’s been built ahead of the launch of the forthcoming 3D action movie, ‘The Green Hornet’.
The customized motorcycle has a Green Hornet-themed paint scheme and is also fitted with a number of Genuine Honda Accessories to include a rear seat cowl, fly screen, rear wheel hugger and undertray kit.
The movie is based on 1960s Marvel comic book series about a masked crime-fighting duo, the Green Hornet and his sidekick, Kato. The Green Hornet was made into a radio series and a TV show. It was this TV show that launched the acting career of Bruce Lee, who played Kato.
Sony Pictures has made ‘The Green Hornet’ into a feature film starring Seth Rogan, Jay Chou, Cameron Diaz and Christoph Waltz that will be released in early 2011.
The special Honda motorcycle is actually the star prize in a free draw being offered by Honda (UK), with further prizes including a trip for two to Los Angeles and a number of Sony items.
