Ducati Gathering for Rossi & Hayden - Web Exclusive

The event will feature the brand new Desmosedici GP11 motorcycle that the pair will ride in this year's championship.

The Piazza Maggiore in the Italian city of Bologna will be packed with Ducati fans at 9pm on Friday, 4 March. That's because this is the time when the Ducati MotoGP Team plans to present its riders, Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden, at a special "Ducati evening" in the city center.

The event will also feature the brand new Desmosedici GP11 motorcycle that the pair will ride in this year's championship.

It is sure to be a spectacular send-off for factory riders Valentino Rossi (Italy) and Nicky Hayden (USA) as well as the entire Ducati MotoGP Team as they prepare to depart for the opening round of the 2011 MotoGP World Championships in Qatar on 20 March.

In addition to the entire workforce from the Ducati factory in Bologna, fans from around the world are welcome to attend the incredible event and share in the atmosphere that will include the awesome sound of the Desmosedici GP11.
