Metal Mulisha founder and 13-time X-Games medalist, Brian “The General” Deegan has just added Monster Jam monster-truck driver to his resume with the unveiling at SEMA of the new Metal Mulisha monster truck he will be driving during the 2012 Advance Auto Parts Monster Jam season.

In true Deegan fashion, the launch took place in the Ford arena, where he drove donuts in his X Games Gold Medal-winning Rockstar Energy Metal Mulisha Ford Fiesta before revealing the truck.

Before getting behind the wheel of the Metal Mulisha black-and-grey camo monster truck for the first time, Brian spoke to the crowd: “I’m excited to debut the Metal Mulisha monster truck in January at Monster Jam. The events have incredible energy and you’ll see the Metal Mulisha truck at stadiums and arenas across the country. I've always been intrigued by monster trucks, and now I get a chance to destroy everything behind the wheel!"

‘‘We are excited to be working with Brian Deegan to bring the Metal Mulisha to the world of Monster Jam,” said Charlie Mancuso, President, Feld Motor Sports. “Brian has created a strong action sports brand with mass appeal, and with his goal to make the Metal Mulisha truck a dominant force at Monster Jam events, it will be exciting to see him compete against legends like Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, Grinder, and Mohawk Warrior.”

The Brian Deegan Metal Mulisha monster truck is 10,000 lb, 20ft in length, 12ft tall and sits on 66’’ tires. The truck will be supported by a full line of merchandise sold at Monster Jam events and at retail outlets, including the popular Metal Mulisha Hot Wheels Monster Jam diecast toys.

Advance Auto Parts Monster Jam is the largest touring monster truck property in the world, entertaining more than four million fans at 350 performances in ten countries. Monster Jam events can be seen on SPEED and CBS Sports.
