Audi & Lamborghini Heading to World Ducati Week 2012 - Web Exclusive

In the final run-up to the start of World Ducati Week 2012, Audi was announced as the event’s official car partner, displaying in the Misano paddock and bringing excitement on the track.

Super-sportscar manufacturer Lamborghini will also joins the party, introducing two flagship models to the thousands of Ducatis expected at the seventh edition of the Italian motorcycle manufacturer’s massive gathering to be held June 21-24, 2012.

Audi will display several of its premier performance models like the S6, S8 and R8 LMS, located in the Planet of the Champions showcase area.

For those seeking an adrenaline-filled experience around the Misano circuit, Audi will be offering WDW visitors the opportunity of passenger rides in the highly desirable R8 LMS and R8 V10 in the capable hands of Audi’s professional drivers.

Places for the white-knuckle, 500hp experience will be awarded via the Audi raffle, from which Audi driving experience vouchers can also be won.

Lamborghini is providing a few of its hypercars such as the Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale and Aventador LP700-4 in the Misano paddock.

With advance on-line ticket sales for the event closing at wdw.ducati.com on June 13, sales for last-minute buyers will commence from the Misano circuit June 18.
