Toyo is introducing a full slick racing tire to the United States motorsport community. The Proxes RS1 has already been proved a race winner in Europe and the Middle East, running in 24-hour races at the Nürburgring, Spa and in Dubai. It’s also undergone extensive testing in the US and is deemed suitable for road racing, time attack, track days and driving schools.

The RS1 features an advanced casing for durability and stability, with steel reinforced sidewalls for responsive handling to maximize performance in dry weather.

The Proxes RS1 will be available in four sizes: 245/640 R18, 285/650 R18, 285/680 R18 and 335/710 R18.

There is also a contingency program being offered in conjunction with NASA, with 30 eligible race classes including Super Touring, Super Unlimited, Enduro, Time Trial and GTS (details of the contingency are available at www.nasaproracing.com/contingency).

The Proxes RS1 bolsters Toyo’s racing options, which further includes the exisintg Proxes R888 and Proxes RA1.
