Drag Racing Results - Shakedown

Drag Racing
For a number of years drag racing acted as the measuring stick for performance and the advancement of technology for Hondas. The entire nation seemed to focus on quarter-mile performance and the parts used to send cars zipping down the 1320 at breakneck speeds. Once mocked by the mainstream, front wheel drive imports quickly moved through the fourteens, thirteens, twelves, and eventually reached the ten-second mark, which in turn earned our community a new level of respect. No longer could they be shunned by the drag race world, as the import performance bar continued to rise, and racers became more competitive.

Today, Hondas make up the majority of import drag racing with times that dip well into the eight-second territory. Below is a list of the quickest and fastest Hondas in the U.S. Times/Trap speeds provided by Chad Barber.
