MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA: RageTank announced today it will participate in the 2013 GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge series. The Silicon Valley startup will showcase its new mobile lap-sharing service beginning at the GRAND-AM opening weekend at Daytona International Raceway, January 24th-27th.

RageTank will partner with Know Fear Motorsports to field a 2012 Honda Civic in the Street Touring Class. Drivers Brian Flint and Chris Lock will use their mobile phones to share lap times, top speeds, and personal bests during races in real-time.

"RageTank is great, and fans will definitely enjoy using the app to follow us while we're on track." Chris Lock said. "I'm a veteran of the Silicon Valley startup culture and this type of new technology really gets me excited."

The RageTank crew will be in the paddock during every CTSCC event showing people how to view and share their friends' achievements at the racetrack. RageTank will also attend the Roar Before the Rolex 24 at Daytona, January 4th-6th.
