2005 Subaru WRX - Initial  Timing

It’s not often we come across a girl’s car in this magazine, let alone on the cover. Let’s face it; men are the majority in this scene. The very few girls in the tuning world generally have wack ass cars—nothing great nor serious. Guy Code #276: If a girl is into modifying cars, the car is mediocre at best. Guy Code #277: If a girl is into modifying cars, she is not very attractive. Sorry ladies, but many guys do assume these rules.

Of course, there are those exceptions to the rule. Joy Abdalla and her Subaru just so happen to be perfect examples of that. Her WRX could out-show and possibly outperform 99 percent of the other Subies out there owned by guys. I’d hate to be the guy who dates her; imagine how nitpicky she’d be of your car. See Joy’s taste and car knowledge is right up there with top-tier enthusiasts who spend money on quality brand parts and take the time to hunt down such treasures. There is no half-assing on any mods with her WRX buildup over the last six years. Fellas, get your game up. This girl is outdoing you.
