Toyota pounded the pavement at Nordschleife with a pair of GT86 (Scion FR-S) racers fielded by tuning partner Gazoo Racing. The spirited Toyotas took First and Third in the SP class and 46th and 65th, respectively, overall.

In the V3 class, Toyota took top honors with a Swiss Racing–fielded GT86 that also nabbed 78th overall. Gazoo also represented with its familiar Lexus LFA, which the tuner has run at the “Green Hell” since 2008. The LFA was Toyota’s best finisher, winning its SP8 class and placing 15th in the overall standings.
