Nissan GT-R takes snow day in new video

Knocking the socks off of everyone else

As if the Nissan GT-R wasn't already awesome enough, here's a video that takes the Japanese supercar to a whole new snowbound level.

The video, which also features a 370Z (two-wheel-drive) and an Infiniti FX SUV (four-wheel-drive) is basically another way to showcase the GT-R team's incredible development work with the all-wheel-drive GT-R in extreme snow and ice conditions where you'd never expect to see it play.

What really pushes the Godzilla's performance in the snow to the extreme is the car's Premium Midship Package (more details in the video) and AWD capability, which helps the super Nissan shine in the ice and show.

The GT-R team ran the car through a number of tests in Japan's snow-packed Hokkaido area. The tests, all performed by professionals with the exception of one, consisted of: an acceleration test of 0-62 mph, braking test of 49-0 mph, a slalom test (this was also conducted by one of the GT-R's team members with very little snow driving experience), a 20 percent grade start test, a gradually increasing radius oval test, and a snowy winding road test.

Describing it here doesn't do it justice though, click the link to see Godzilla on ice for yourself.
