Zero Hour, 9am - Will This Z34 Be High By Then?
There are three key elements of a car that motivates a shop like Fujimura Auto to develop its parts: how it runs, the way it turns and getting it to stop. Get them all in sync and you'll have yourself one hell of a car, or in their eyes, a fully realized car. When Nissan replaced the Fairlady Z33 with the Z34, the masses and tuning shops alike were given a gift with this more powerful and fine handling coupe. Fujimura Auto saw no other way to return the favor than by focusing on producing parts that would help its power delivery, braking and aerodynamics, thus complimenting the Z34's track appeal.

Following suit to their simplistic approach to modifying cars, the Z has only a Rocket Dancer Gentle Sound muffler bolted on, adding 14hp to its total power output and falling just shy of the 95db limit at just 94.5 db - so get on the gas, if you please. There's also a limited-slip differential from Cusco to help transmit power efficiently to the rear wheels, and all the while, the actual body of the car sits 40mm lower with HKS' Hipermax III coilovers. The black 19-inch VR.G2 wheels from RAYS Engineering are a fair trade-off from the stock OE wheels of the same size (also produced by RAYS), and help the Z34 to play its part of gliding effortlessly around town. Its brakes are still stock but use Seido-ya pads for a li+ttle extra bite. The addition of a multi-piece Rocket Dancer aero kit does wonders for the Z's front end while carbon accents enhance the rear diffuser and side mirrors. Albeit light on mods, it's a good thing the Z34 doesn't need much help to get it performing above what Nissan's engineers intended it to do.
