9. Prizes: a) One GRAND-PRIZE winner will be awarded a $500 product certificate from each of the following prize sponsors: Yokohama, Racesearch.com, Intrax, American Honda, Nology, H&R Springs, Motegi Wheel, Impactparts.com, Nitto, BFGoodrich Tires, and Motegi (collectively "Prize Sponsors"). Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $6,000. b) 12 FIRST-PRIZE winners (one winner per month) will each be awarded a $500 product certificate from one of the above Prize Sponsors. The Sponsor will designate the Prize-Sponsor certificate awarded to each first-prize winner. The total ARV of all 12 first prizes is $6,000. The total ARV of all 13 prizes in this sweepstakes is $12,000. All prizes will be awarded. No transfer or substitution of a prize except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
10. Winner Selection: From September 16, 2000 until August 16, 2001, on the 16th of each month (or on the next Monday if the 16th is on a weekend), the Sponsor will hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received since the previous drawing, and select a total of 1 winning first-prize entry per month. In addition, on or about August 16, 2001, the Sponsor will hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from the beginning of the sweepstakes and select a total of 1 winning grand-prize entry.
11. Winner Notification: First-prize winners will be notified by mail within about 7 days of each drawing. The grand-prize winner will be notified by mail on or about August 23, 2001. Winner(s) must complete, execute, and return (to designated address) each required Affidavit of Eligibility; Waiver, Release, Publicity Release (where legal), and Indemnity Agreement within 10 days from the date of mailing (of same) to a winner. Noncompliance within this time period, and/or the return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and in the selection of an alternate winner by random drawing.

Disclaimers: Sponsor and its agents are not liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or misuse of prize(s), participation in this sweepstakes, participation in a prize activity, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, internet, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are lost, late, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, postage-due, forged, illegible, mutilated, mechanically duplicated, mass machine printed, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. In addition, Sponsor and its agents do not assume responsibility for any typing/printing error, human error, omission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or technical malfunction of any kind that causes any injury or damage to any computer or person resulting from participation in, or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond control of Sponsor and/or its agents, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion (and without notice to recipients of this offer and/or sweepstakes entrants), to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes in whole or in part.
13. Applicable Laws: All federal, state, local, and provincial laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
