There's no debate. I'll take a trick over a treat any day. No matter how nasty, dirty, and devious the trick may be, it's still way tastier than any treat. And despite what you've heard, whoever said tricks are for kids never had one as an adult. The next time you have a chance, try one. Hell, if you're game, try busting two tricks at once. Takes a lot of coordination and focus but the payoff is way worth it; sort of like Readers' Rides.
Sure, it takes some effort to get your ride featured here, but all you have to really do is wash your car, take some pics and send in your info. No costumes or trick-or-treating necessary. But if you want to get all festive for Halloween, dress it up in something scary like chrome wheels, Camaro badging or worse yet, a combat kit! It's sure to scare the crap out of 'lil kids and old grannies.
After you've freaked out your neighbors, send your stuff on over to Readers' Rides (readersrides@superstreetonline.com; or to Super Street, Attn: Readers' Rides, 6420 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048). If your ride's scary enough, you might win a free treat. Sorry boys, but we 're fresh out of tricks.
